Project Management

Since 2003 I have worked with over 40 organisations and delivered 60+ bespoke projects. High profile clients include:

– Seabrook Crisps

– Tata Steel

– Howdens Joinery

This has provided me with a vast bank of experience and tools required for project success. I use best practice project management techniques developed from my own practical experience, as well as BS 21500: 2012, Prince2 and PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge). I am a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

I will help you define the project, including its scope and desired benefits. I will create project plans, milestones and measures. Progress will be monitored via a work breakdown structure; I will manage your staff to ensure deadlines and outputs are met. Issues and risks will be managed and communicated so that the project will be delivered on-time, on-budget and the benefits realised.

Recent projects that I have managed for my clients include:

– Eliminating internal errors/mistakes

– Reducing stress/frustration

– Improving customer feedback & increasing repeat business

– Implementing an industry-specific standard

– Introducing new products and services

If you have a clear objective for a project, but don’t have the skills or time to ensure it is delivered, then this is for you.
