ISO 9001 is the most commonly used management system standard in the world. However, meeting the requirements of the standard can be daunting, especially if you aren’t familiar with the terminology used in standards, and aren’t sure how you would apply the standard to your own business.
Over the past 15 years, I have run projects with over 50 companies to achieve certification to ISO 9001, including Tata Steel, Seabrook Crisps, Jefferson Sheard Architects, and NIHP/Health North. I have built mutually powerful relationships with certification companies such as BSI and ISOQAR which my clients directly benefit from. I contribute to to the Chartered Quality Institute on ISO 9001 debates and have had my articles published.
Certification places you in an elite ‘club’ of businesses that have demonstrated best practice in quality management – ensuring customer requirements are met every time, whilst continually improving products, services and performance levels.
Fact: companies are more likely to do business with you rather than your competition, if you are certified to ISO 9001.
Fact: certified organisation are more efficient, productive and profitable then those that aren’t.
I will work with you through the process of designing, writing, implementing and checking your quality management system – everything you need to become certified. I take the hard work out of the process for you.
