Quality is an agenda point for every organisation. After all, quality is about meeting the needs of our customers, and involves everyone in the organisation. So how are you managing quality? You may even have a requirement for certification to the quality management standard ISO 9001: 2015.
Do have the resource in place to manage quality? If you have someone in-house who is ultimately responsible for the systematic management of quality, has this person got the tools, skills, knowledge and experience?
