Business improvement creates competitive advantage (CA), which generates more business. However, more and more companies are struggling to find their CA, and in my experience, unable to answer this simple question when asked:
Why should I do business with you……and not with your competition?
Take a look at these 5 CA flaws:
- Some companies do not have CA but think that they do
- Some do have CA but don’t know what it is – so instead, they lower their prices
- Some companies know what their CA is but neglect to tell their clients about it
